Flows and routing
Support and service unitsA queue of similar tasks with no assignee decided in advance. Routing rules, pulling a task from the queue, a flow SLA with escalation and metrics on time spent waiting.
Tasks, projects and boards exist in free competitors, and there is nothing to charge for there. The paid tier begins where hours turn into cost and margin.
A small team that needs a tracker
Price on requestScheduling and delivery discipline
Price on requestWhen you need to know what a project earned
Price on requestFeatures for narrow segments are not shown to people who do not need them. Scrum is meaningless for a law firm, and a ticket queue is unnecessary for a six person studio.

Backlog, sprints, estimation in story points or hours, velocity, burndown, epics, a sprint definition of done and kanban metrics.
Off by default and never positioned as the main value. Built without metrics that count time: on-time share, rework share, SLA compliance.
Yes. Rates are entered by hand at project level, costs go against budget lines, and the contract value is set by the manager. Connecting A3.HR, A3.Lawyer and A3.Accounting replaces manual entry with actual data, but the formula stays the same.
Only with the separate cost rate permission. Access to a project, access to its economics and access to rates are three different permissions. You can run a project without seeing a single figure about pay.
The other ecosystem products keep working in full: instructions in A3.Lawyer, screening requests in A3.Trust and repair tickets all exist on their own. The integration is an add-on rather than a condition of their operation.
The import runs in three steps: preview without writing, apply and roll back as a whole. Source identifiers are preserved, so a repeat run updates the tasks already migrated instead of duplicating them. Comments come over in a separate run, authored by the mapped employee.
On Start and Team it is not. On Project business it becomes a working part of the product, because cost cannot be calculated without hours. Timesheet approval is configured separately: off, selective or mandatory for everyone.
Yes, as a web app you install on the phone from the browser, with an icon and shortcuts on the home screen. It covers my tasks, the task card, comments, the timer and quick time logging. Gantt, economics and reports are reachable but stay out of the bottom bar.
Tell us how many people and projects you have and which A3 products are already connected. We will pick the tier and quote it.
