- Comments with formatting, attachments, mentions and reactions

Why is there no chat in the product?
Discussion lives in the task card, next to the work. A separate chat would lose to the messenger the team uses anyway.
Where do notifications go?
To the in-app feed, the A3.ID feed and email. Channels are set per event, and only the ones that work in your organization are shown.
