Accumulated task history holds a team in an old tracker more firmly than its features do. The import is built so the whole migration can be undone in one action.

What it covers
- Connectors: Bitrix24, Jira, Trello, Asana, Kaiten, Planfix and Weeek, plus CSV and Excel
- Three steps: preview without writing, apply, roll back as a whole
- Source identifiers are kept: a repeat run updates instead of duplicating
- User mapping onto A3.ID accounts and status mapping, both editable by hand
- Comments come over in a separate run, authored by the mapped employee
- Gaps in the source stay empty: an invented number would enter the budget as a real one

What if the import goes wrong?
It can be rolled back as a whole in one action. Before applying, the preview shows how many tasks will be created, changed and left as they are.
Can I import again later?
Yes. Source identifiers are kept, so a repeated import updates what changed instead of creating duplicates.
